While more than 81% of girls and women in sports consider menstrual health a taboo subject* and fewer than 10% of sports science studies include only women and focus on their specific needs**, the industry continues to apply standards historically designed for male bodies, resulting in a physiological reality that remains too little understood, discussed, and supported.<\/p>\n
Through awareness-raising, education, and advocacy efforts, this campaign aims to empower the sports ecosystem so that women\u2019s health becomes a normal, accepted, and supported component of sports culture.<\/p>\n
