The Cité Universitaire de la Santé Des Femmes (CUSDF) is a project incubated and promoted by the Quartier de l’innovation en santé (QIS.

The QIS collects, for the Cité Universitaire de la Santé Des Femmes (CUSDF), certain personal information, particularly through its website, in order to fulfill its mission, conduct its activities, and adapt its tools.

  • Subscriptions/preferences: when you subscribe to receive informational materials, updates, or newsletters (e.g., e-newsletters), as well as the consent preferences you indicate, to help us determine which materials interest you;
  • Data collected during events and activities: your participation in various activities (events, webinars, workshops, focus groups, citizen committees, expert committees) that we organize, and the evaluation forms you have completed regarding these activities;
  • Data collected on members, partners, and collaborators: we may collect certain personal information when you become a member, partner, or collaborator, or when you participate in our activities or projects. This information may include your name, contact information, organizational affiliation, and any other information necessary to manage your membership, participation, or our relationship with you;
  • Data on suppliers: if you provide services to the CUSDF, your contact information and that of your company or organization, as well as other information about you or your company or organization;
  • Data collected from applicants for jobs, contests or awards: When you submit an application for a job, contest, or award, we may collect certain personal information about you in order to review your application and follow up as necessary. This information may include your name, contact details, as well as the information contained in the documents or forms you submit to us (for example: resume, cover letter, or other information regarding your personal or professional background);
  • Login credentials: where applicable, the username, password, or any other identifier used to access certain platforms, secure areas, or online services made available to members, partners, or participants;
  • Social media: posts, clicks on “Like” buttons and your other interactions with us on social media;
  • Technical and browsing information: when you access our website or use our technological services, certain information may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and information regarding your browsing activity on the site (e.g., pages viewed, duration of visits, and interactions with pages);

For example, when organizing events or meetings, we may collect information regarding dietary restrictions, specific accessibility needs, or accommodation requirements in order to adequately address participants’ needs or preferences. If this information is not provided, we may not be able to take the necessary steps to accommodate these needs.

The QIS may need to collect the following personal data:

  • Specific categories of personal data: dietary restrictions, special needs related to a disability, or similar requirements to be met in connection with events or meetings. If you do not provide us with this information, we may not be able to meet your needs or respect your preferences.

  • Compliance with legal obligations: complying with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, including those set forth in Bill 25.
